Start and Ending of Menstruation
08/07/2007
Young ladies start their period at different ages, most common ages are 11 to 16 to start menstruation. We all end at different ages. Sometimes family history can play a part in this important stage.
Most women have their period about 25 to 30 years give or take.
You will notice abnormal spotting or abnormal heavy bleeding duriing and not during your period when you are about ready to phase out of menstruation. This phasing out time can last many years. Keep female supplies in your home/car/office for emergencies if possible. Once you have not had any spotting or any bleeding for two years straight, then you most likely have entered into menopause. Checking with your doctor about your own menopause situation is a good idea.
