Exercise will only benefit your bone strength and daily stamina. It’s so beneficial for you to exercise.
You can do it in your home with home gym equipment like a Bowflex Sport Home Gym, an Exercise Bike
, a Manual Treadmill
or a Motorized Treadmill
.
Also you can try and set up a walking buddy system and walk with a pal in the morning, afternoon or evening in your neighborhood or a a shopping mall or at a school track.
Joining an outside exerise club is useful. My daughter joined one over the summer with a friend and they liked going quite a bit. For myself I prefer the walking in the neighborhood and have a home gym I use. I also watch exerise videos, usually Richard Simmons video are my favorite one. They are set in a gym auditorium style and there is dancing. Don’t start anything for more than 5 minutes at a time if you are a novice or you may be out of commission for awhile. It sounds silly but always stretch for 5 minutes and then start your routine for 5 minutes one day then work to 10 minutes etc. You can hurt your shoulders or legs or arms if you go full speed the first day out. That happened to me and I could hardly move for 3 weeks. It is recommended to check with with your physician before you start a program like this.
Some people may prefer to ride a Bicycle around their neighborhood, a great form of exercise. If you’re so inclined, you could do some more rigourous off-road biking

Other kinds of exercise you can do are mowing the lawn, digging holes for flowers, bringing laundry up and down stairs in heavy laundry baskets. Make sure you have your mind-set thinking about all the ways you can get exercise.
