It’s common for a little moodyness to happen every now and then during menopause.
If depression or moodyness is a common occurrence you must seek professional help. Contact your physician immediately for professional guidance.
I have had some bouts of moodyness, and I try to realize I am in this mood and try to get out of it. What seems to work for me is watching my favorite videos over and over for many many hours, and baking cookies. Something about baking cookies really makes me smile.

Try this favorite of mine for youself, enjoy.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Do not grease pan 10 x 15 1/2 inch pan
2 sticks or 1 cup real butter, unsalted
1 cup of brown sugar
cream these together
Add 2 cups of unsifted flour
one teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups of chocolate chip pieces
optional 1 cup walnuts or pecans, pecans add more flavor
Note, recipe does not call for any eggs
Mix well, and spread in pan, cookie sheet size,
Bake 17 to 19 minutes
Cut after 5 minutes, but leave in pan
