Headaches
01/15/2008
Are you a person who has just about never had a headache before?
If so, then you are probably alarmed if you get a headache even a small one.
I’m that kind of person who rarely will get a headache. So, when I got some nasty headaches, I was very concerned. But the headaches went away after a day or two so I realized they were menopause headaches.
Beware, not all headaches, especially if they are very severe, are related to Menopause. Use your good judgement as to when to call a physician.
Don’t tolerate a headache you are concerned with, get medical help right away.
Make time for just you before or after work. if it is a weekend you are lucky to have the entire day to plan around.
Why not send yourself some flowers and then activate a lovely candle.
Now when your bouquet or basket of flowers arrives, you can admire them.
By pampering yourself now and again your body will relax and you can cope with your symptoms easier. It may take you a few passes to figure out your body and how it deals with your menopause symptoms. I love ordering myself flowers occasionally and relaxing with a scented candle.
Sit yourself in front of your favorite or new video, or soap opera or t.v. show and relax.
When you have a headache you probably don’t want to be doing any work, so be nice to yourself and sit on your couch, enjoy your flowers and sit with your candle.
Don’t you think you deserve some pampering? This little treatment really helps me. I don’t send for flowers at every headache but at least a couple of times a year, I treat myself to flowers. After all, you probably buy stuff for others all the time, so why not treat yourself occasionally?
I hope you feel better soon!
