Do you sometimes toss and turn after going to bed for the night?  Then this  little remedy may help you.  What I do is, just before  I go to bed, I make myself some hot chocolate.  I bring it upstairs, and I either read for a bit, or watch tv, and sip on my hot chocolate.  This is  soothing way for me to fall asleep.  Sometimes I skip it, but sometimes I just treat myself to it.  I sleep  very well!

My favorite recipe for hot chocolate is as follows:  I found it on Allrecipe.com  

I make up a batch of it and store it in an air tight container.  It will  be fresh for you that way.  I usually double this recipe.  The recipe is as follows:   

Hot Chocolate Recipe Mix up these ingedients :

1 and 1/2 cups of white sugar
1 cup of dry milk powder
3/4 cup of cocoa powder 
Mix together in a blender.

Individual serving is 2 tablespoons of mix in a mug. Pour boiling water over it.
Optional: add 2 tablespoons of cold milk

Store remaining mixture in air tight container
