Hello, I have been trying lots of ideas to help my achy feet.

I have soaked my feet in warm water and foot bath and this has helped a lot.

I have soaked my feet in the foot soaker and put relaxing camomile tea in the water, and rubbed my feet with lotions.

Another thing I just did was to buy some Epson salt to try and add to the list of self help.

My goodness, what a difference this treatment helped me so much! I soaked my feet iin Epson Salt – 4 cups of warm water and 1/4 cup of Epson Salt for about sixty minutes.

I did it as soon as I got in from my office, and just “veged out” with the latest copy of People Magazine, I sipped on some delicious coffee too. My feet felt great, and even when I removed them from the water, they continued to feel great.

As my feet were feeling good, I topped off the treatment with an ice pack and an Advil and climbed into bed after one hour and elevated my feet on two pillows

I slept ten hours and feel exuberated.
