In the last year I have noticed my feet becoming stiff especially after I wake up in the morning or after I have been sitting for awhile.

Recently my husband asked me what was wrong, as I tried to glide across the floor.

I told him that my feet are stiffening up every now and then.

This remedy does help me. Make time while eating or watching a movie to take care of your feet. When they get stiff they will snap out of the stiffness faster if you are taking care of your feet by soaking them, elevating them and moisturizing your feet.

Be patient, and move your feet and toes up and down ten times or more. Range of motion exercise like this for your feet helps them feel better and you can get back to normal walking until this condition flares up again.

Your feet feel so toasty and so relaxed in these slippers. This is just one more way I pamper my feet. I think you will agree that giving your feet extra time to be pampered will be well worth it, and along the way you get to sit and relax.

Another tip I can offer you is when you walk around the house in your pj’s, walk in a nicely padded shoe or sneaker that has built in arch support. My sneakers that I have had awhile I use as slippers after I warm up my feet with my other slippers and I want to walk around, it’s best to walk in a supported shoe instead of the traditional slipper, if you are experiencing achy or stiff feet. I found a very nice slide on shoe for this. It is called Puma brand. Experiment with different brands, just make sure you have support on your feet for most of the day. Regular slippers for thirty minutes or less should be okay on a daily basis.

Soaking my feet, pampering my feet and wearing non traditional slippers that are really shoes has helped me tremendously.
