Okay, don’t stress right now, “been there – done that”….

Take a deep breath, evaluate what you had for breakfast?

Did you sip on coffee before having oatmeal or a muffin or cereal?

Did you rush to meeting and avoid your breakfast all together?

Have you been lapsing on your exercise routine for more that one month?

Do you read at night or through day for at least 30 minutes?

Do you do a crossword puzzle or another brain teaser for at least 15 minutes?

If you had coffee before breakfast, this could account for an inbalance feeling. I’ve tried counteracting this feeling with herbal tea or hot cocoa to relax with, but sometimes it will take an entire day to stop the agonizing feeling of being that awkwardness that you don’t feel like you have your head on straight.

So, don’t fret, just start your exercise routine when you can, and if you have caffeinated coffee or tea before breakfast, make sure you have a bowl of not so sugary cereal with it or a bagel with butter or cream cheese or peanut butter. These carbohydrates & protein will help you feel more like your self, before you gulp into your daily caffeine.

Knowing that you are not alone, will be a comfort too. I use to keep a journal for the first couple of years of this craziness, to monitor all the different combinations of what ever to make me feel better.
I just figured my physician would probably tell me to keep a journal, but instead I was sent for lots of tests and then kept a journal anyways.

So, get your self to a store and buy a little spiral note book or 3 ring binder and you can also monitor your symptoms so you can move on and enjoy your life.

Now that I have hit the “big 50″ I do not want to be tied down like an “old lady like 102 years old” so I want you to know these tips too.

Following up with your physician is always a nice idea too.
