Have you ever felt like your limbs are heavy?

Such as your fingers don’t want to type or your toes don’t want to bend, or your head feels like it weighs ten pounds to carry around?

If you are recording your symptoms in a notebook then you will know you feel like this sometime.

Sometimes your life just goes on and you have to deal with these symptoms, so when that happens, just pretend you are feeling fine and talk with people if you are in a social situation and don’t focus on what is happening to you. You will probably forget about it.

But, if it is still happening and you have time to try and snap out of it, what I like to do is nothing at all.

I will “veg” in front of a video and sip on hot chocolate, or camomile tea or licorice tea, these are inexpensive teas.

If you feel like you want a treat, a tea I found that is very good is almost $1.00 a bag but you can use the bag a few times.

After I watch a movie I will go to my exercise room and use the equipment for ten minutes to get some more energy, then I’ll go back to a movie or a good book.

Sometimes I will get a menopause headache too that is mild with these symptoms, but from what I can tell, by my journal these symptoms are on a monthly or b-monthly cycle, so don’t fret, it’s just menopause causing havoc. Ask your physician if you don’t get the results you are looking for with self help.
