Well, I have a six letter word that makes it all happen….STRESS!

I have been out of work for 5 months, and can’t find anything.

I’m thinking college and high school kids are filling most of the job ranks this summer, so I’ll just have to wait till the fall, to really get some bites.

But, what’s even compiling everything, is that now I feel a little nervous about getting something…will I be good enough??

So, let the stress begin…

Eat fruit, skip the brownies, jog or walk at least 15 minutes or use the tread mill.

Read a book or watch a video, clean a room, don’t think about what ever is causing your stress.

Just remember that Menopause will feed into your stress faster than you can blink. Make yourself a cup of tea and keep repeating that you are not alone, it is Menopause causing havoc.
