Mack’s Ear Seals, have you heard of them?

I picked up these ear plug devices at a local pharmacy for I think under $5.00 for the set.
They came in a seal proof package that you can even pack in your suit case, and are attached to a long double string.

So, you put the string behind your head and then insert each one to each ear, not too far, just a tad, follow the directions.

I have been using them for a couple of weeks in the shower, and using Debrox once a month for 4 nights, just drops to the ear, and my ear wax, which can cause imbalance, and awkardness, seems to be decreasing.

I’m not saying I won’t have to have it professionally removed one or two times next year, I’m just saying this treatment is helping me a lot with these annoying symptoms. Which by the way has intensified since I am now in Menopause for about a year.

Lots of stuff seems to intensify, then I realize, it’s Menopause havoc. So, keep a journal when a new quirky thing is going on with your body, or a mental journal for a week or two and you can start to try new things or eliminate stuff from your diet. Hey, we are going to have a busy week, so think positively and know you are not alone.
