Headaches now and not many before Menopause
06/17/2008
Well, well, you should get a book out of the library or one of the one’s I referenced for you in the other topics I’ve listed. You will see that headaches are more common now.
After a couple of weeks of having a heavy head and achy forehead, I called the doctor and went in.
Yes, I had a sinus infection, and they gave me an antibiotic.
Don’t feel you must hang in there and be uncomfortable, try the self help measures then call your
doctor.
See if your doctor offers a roundtable with other female patients. Actually my doctor said she does when you have a physical. After the physical she offers refreshments and a small conference room to a dozen other patients and all of us will be able to learn from the rest of us, so in case you didn’t have a certain question in your notebook to ask, you may get it answered.
I came very close to seeing if I could look into Hormone Therapy, but I have read that the therapy can cause side effects and bad health problems could be in store for you, so I decided against it.
Having the medicine for the Sinus Infection is helping a lot of other symptoms too.
So, after you sip on tea, watch movies for a couple of days, and still no relief, call your doctor and the symptoms could be non menopause symptoms. I say Yeah – to that one.
