Cheap Medicine – only cost is your time
06/21/2008
Hi there:
I just got back from my 30 minute walk and now I will have energy for the next 12 hours.
Yep, that’s right.
The brisk walk, triggered my heart to pump faster and then I got more energy to do as many things as I want to do today.
So, cheap medicine, costs you only your time in the beginning, then you will not feel it as a time cost but a “I can’t wait” to walk fast and start my day.
Sometimes it’s tricky, if you want to make breakfast for your kids, so don’t walk right away, but then you forget to, or you are suppose to walk with your “walking buddy” but then she cancels and you aren’t motivated to go alone by now, no “plan b” so you skip it.
You go upstairs to your treadmill – right? Or not, …
So for the free medicine, you need to wake up 30 minutes before breakfast, jump out of bed, and go
immediately. I do 3 or 4 loops for 30 minutes. The cheap/free/cost of time is worth it’s weight in gold.
Bike riding is swell too, just do walking, running or bike riding for 30 minutes daily if possible. If not possible, do it 4 times a week, or do it less, after all it’s your free medicine, the endorphin hormones that this exercise creates.
Endorphin Hormone that is activated with this brisk walk, run, bike ride, is your key to energy!
