Well, another symptom in the book “What your Doctor may or may not tell you about Menopause,
The Breakthrough Book o Natural Hormone Balance, by John R. Lee, M.D. and Virginia Hopkins has been a life saver to me.

In November 2006, my husband rushed out of the house to find some books on Menopause for me, as I was constantly complaining about hands and feet hurting, imbalance, weight, anxiety, nervousness, and this book has been a life saver!

You will see listed arthritis as a culprit in Menopause. Just last night I got a bunch of twings of arthritis and was worried that it was going to start and be bothersome. I remembered learning in my A & P class that going swimming can arrest symptoms till very old age, so I’d like to find a pool membership, but I’m unemployed so I need to get a job first…

As it turned out, it rained today, so that was the arthritis weather report flaring up. Good to have such a symptom wouldn’t you think?

Mind over matter is the key, stay happy, and smile alot and remember you are not alone with all of your symptoms.

Exercise and good posture will make you feel better. I have listed exercises in a previous page.

If symptoms become very bad seek help from your doctor.
