There is a connection between not flossing your teeth and heart disease and periodontal disease.
The tartar can get into your blood stream and cause havoc.
Especially when we are older more havoc happens, are bones are brittler, our teeth need more flossing, or hair needs less washing so it stays strong.
We need to exercise our body and mind so we don’t lose our memory and we keep our positive thinking going, exercising is like free medicine. Just look around how many doctors do you see running and jogging on the street or at the gym.
