Jittery and Mild Headache
09/18/2008
Just when you think you have your menopause under control, you’ve done the journals, you know your “cycle” of symptoms, and bam!!! You get the jitteries, and a mild headache.
I am excited to start a new job today and so I think maybe the excitement of this has made my menopause go wacky. It’s a beautiful part time job with such sweet people, I have nothing to fear, but my jitteryness and low concentration and mild head ache I guess want to rule my body today.
I made myself a cup of peppermint tea and I’m telling myself to relax, so in a bit I’ll be all better.
I guess the excitement of all this has just caused a little havoc today.
Herbal teas have a relaxing and soothing effect on us, try different ones. Licorice and peppermint are known to help you relax, but create your own relaxing one, mix it up a little.
Knowing that you are not alone when this stuff strikes is a comfort, so go with the flow and just ignore your symptoms, maybe talk a little less, as the hormone levels do their things, sometimes I feel like I will stutter or forget a thought when all this starts, so that makes it all a little worse. So
drink some tea and put yourself in relax mode.
Have a nice day.
