Stay positive and read joke books and watch funny tv programs. Research shows that laughter is good.

I once went to a healthy mind thing and it was terrible. The speaker stressed laughter everywhere you go. It was not done well and she stressed laughing very loud at restaurants and everywhere. This is not what I find useful.

Laugh and be happy in your own way with your reading, tv, outings etc.
