Day #2

I was interested in learning about a gym and my daughter had 2 free passes.

I went today and participated on the following: treadmill, leg adductor, pull down, leg extension and a class.

The class was for beginners and  a very  nice  slow speed, but it did the trick to loosen us up and get us moving.

When I got home I was so excited about going to a gym that it motivated me to get out one of my own exercise tapes, from back in the day of 1993.

Yes, you guessed it Richard Simmons with “Sweatin to the Oldies Two.”  It was so much fun to dance/exercise with his group.   If you like dancing to  ”Jailhouse Rock and “My Boyfriend’s Back and “Summer in the City” and more, then  you could also help your weight loss cause by putting on an exercise tape in your own living room. The 45 minutes seemed like ten minutes.

Anyways, my experience with the gym was fun and I still have eleven free days to go.
