Equipment I used at the gym today:
Treadmill
Hip Abductor
Arm Pullies
Seated Leg Curl
Seated Leg Press
Chest press
Leg Extension
I increased my treadmill time from 5 min. to 10.52 and enjoyed the other equipment.
I feel like I am toning my body and I feel very healthy.
Having this free pass is truly invigorating.
