Treadmill increased to to 13.45

Breakfast after Gym:  Hard boiled egg and coffee with vanilla bean cream.  The egg appears to be lasting longer than the bagel and cereal.

I am planning a long drive on Friday to see some friends.  Normally I would skip the event, but all this exercise has helped my inner self with confidence to attempt the long drive and not bail out.  I didn’t think my health would be influenced so positively.  It is wonderful.
