I made it to the gym after the big storm yesterday. It snowed slightly, but I made it.

I had the place to myself.  Did my usual things and 21 min. on treadmill.

I feel more confident and like I am taking care of my body.  Too bad I didn’t have this insight 10 or 20 years ago.  Maybe I wouldn’t need to lose 20 pounds now.  But I’m glad I can go to the gym especially on a weekend.  It is really relaxing and not rushed and seemed emptier than on the weekdays.
