Oh my gosh, I’m into exercising now!
I get up, go to the gym then eat breakfast. But next week, I will get up, exercise at home with my power walking and Richard Simmons and my dance music and my tread mill and my arm pulls and leg pulls on my own at home!
Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away the Pounds was highly recommended to me by a woman who lost 55 pounds. She does one of these dvd series every morning before going to work or going out for the day. I liked the Walk Away the Pounds dvd alot. The setting is relaxing and casual, and “Leslie” talks to you like a friend and gives you choices.
If you desire, mute this, and put on your own music and then you can enjoy yourself even more. Or, keep to the program and enjoy Leslie Sansone’s “Walk Away the Pounds-Power Mile” as is. Keep moving ladies!
