Reading a terrific Exercise and diet book

Leslie Sansone’s, book called “Eat Smart,Walk Strong” has some very great dieting tips. One I will share with you is drink 8 glasses of water a day. Water can be, water with lemon, or tea or herb tea or skim milk. Don’t let your snacking get out of hand, develop habits to avoid,by drinking tea in the water category and make sure to exercise or walk daily.
Leslie does this review in a very down to earth manner! I’m sure glad I can count on her book to not lecture me but talk to me about my bad eating habit.
