Best Foods to Eat

Instead of taking vitamins to help with my menopause, I am going to try and eat right for one to two months and see if I feel alot better.
I got the book “The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth” by Jonny Bowden and we are thinking about getting a juicer to juice fruits and vegetables.
We began eating healthier this week with all kinds of vegies that we never even heard of before.
The author explains the 150 best foods on earth then red stars the really really healthy ones.
For instance, onions can help build strong bones. He also claims that coconut is a super food. That’s from the coconut fruit itself.
You won’t be disappointed if you get a copy of this book.
Juicers are not blenders so don’t be confused. The cheapest juicer we found was $300.00 that appears to be a very good one. But they go up in price past $9,000.00. So, if you want to eat healthy and not take vitamins anymore, get your vitamins from foods. Maybe plant a garden and eat fresh vegetables or juice them.
My menopause symptoms were really bad last week, so a trip to the bookstore made these symptoms more tolerable. Look at your options!!
