About Me
Dear Readers:
I am not a doctor, scientist, or nurse or health professional, I am just one woman going through menopause and it’s crazy symptoms.
My roles are wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, employee, co-worker, volunteer.
With in the last five years, I ventured out of “at home motherhood” to take on a part time secretarial job. I work a few days fulfilling a customer service position.
I am happily married for 25 years to my college sweetheart and have tried to raise thoughtful, kind and conscientious children. We are blessed with 2 sons and one daughter who will all be in college next year.
I started to notice over the last 4 to 5 years that something wacky with me was starting to happen occasionally, but I never had time to care too much about any wackyness. Now that I am working a few days a week and will soon be an emptynester, I feel compelled to investigate these symptoms for myself and to help others who maybe experiencing like symptoms.
By all means check out your symptoms with your physician and do your own research. I hope this list of things I am doing to help myself stay focused and strong will help you also.
