			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am still going to the Gym and enjoying it, but the end of my trial membership is approaching the end of the week.</p>
<p>So, I want to keep up what I have learned, i.e. now up to 26.00 min. on the treadmill.  Major accomplishment, and all the arm pulls and leg pulls and hip stuff etc.</p>
<p>!BAILA! Music CD was recommended.  It is a Latin Dance Party CD.  What fun!</p>
<p>I actually put on my Richard Simmons, but muted it and danced to the Baila cd.  It was very fun to have a new style to try and get the beat for.</p>
<p>Keep moving!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently I felt empowered to not mope around the house and think about my symptoms or think about them when home from work, so I got involved with a non profit.</p>
<p>For a hobby I am helping them run some things and it is boosting my own energy level and I feel like kindness is the way to go.</p>
<p>Just call up Human Resources and say you want to volunteer.  They will probably do a back ground check after circulation of your application to department heads.</p>
<p>Now what department doesn&#8217;t need free help?</p>
<p>I am currently working on advertising and engaging readership for some events.  What could be more fun than that?</p>
<p>Yes, I&#8217;m not getting paid but I&#8217;m  helping a worthwhile organization, gaining skills and having fun.</p>
<p>Look for a place with in ten miles from your home, the less travel involved the more motivated you may be.  Of course, unless you like the city life, take a train or subway ride to your community service location, and have fun in the city.</p>

<p>Treat your self to this fun dancing after you go for your brisk walk or do your tread mill and arm pulls.</p>
<p>Incorporate 3 or 5 lb weights to your arm raising for 10 minutes while you dance.</p>
<p>Many stores will carry special dance mix cd&#8217;s.  One I really like is &#8220;Thriller&#8221; by Michael Jackson.</p>
<p>All the songs are really good, but the ones I like get the beat from best are: &#8220;Billie Jean&#8221;, &#8220;Thriller&#8221; and &#8220;Beat it&#8221;.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t do it for more than 10 minutes if you are not walking too or doing other exercising, because you will more than likely strain your waist or your legs or shoulders or arms, and then you won&#8217;t want to do it again for awhile.</p>
<p>I like to do it in my kitchen even if my husband sees me.  My kids are grown, so unless they stay for the weekend, I&#8217;m all set to dance for 10 to 30 minutes.</p>
<p>Always stretch before you dance for a cool down, get ready routine.  Pull your right foot up with your right hand bend your knee and hold and balance for 10 seconds, repeat with left and repeat with both for 5 times.  Bend cautiously at the waist and  head towards floor, up and down for 3 cycles.  Do this before dance and after dancing.</p>
<p>This is so much fun, you won&#8217;t even think you are exercising!  And then you have really made a big healthy impact on your day.</p>
