1.Trim my bangs so hair isn’t so floppy, and looks more normal and less like a disappearing act.

2.Fish Oil/Omega 3 up to 2100 mg a day. Right now I’m taking half that. The capsules are huge,

3.Shampoo hair e/o day instead of daily.

4.Using a very helpful conditioner so my hair doesn’t get all tangly and get stuck in the comb.

5.The conditioner is not fancy, I am using a suave brand now, and will upgrade if it stops working

6. Shampoo, is white rain brand. Suave and white rain are inexpensive and work great

My hair over the last 5 months has been gradually leaving my scalp. It’s getting to look a little crazy as I try and find new ways to part my hair.

On a whim, I checked this out with my physician. She gave a clump of my hair a gentle tug and said nothing came out into her hand so she thinks it is stress related.

She asked me about my work and I told her a started a new job several months ago. She asked me about daily staff interactions and I told her that practically everyday had some stress stuff going on.

She said for me to chat with my boss about it.

Anyways, stress can do this, and so I am doing what she said and washing my hair only 6 times a week and I bought a new shampoo that was rather expensive but I can tell the difference between it’s smooth hydration and the sticky kind of shampoo I had before. Also I was my hair in tepid or cooler water.

Try these steps for yourself, see if they help, hope so.
