Okay, does anyone know of anything to help my thinning hair falling out of my scalp?

Gradually I have noticed it and now I really notice it.

I have heard that Omega 3/Fish Oil is helpful. I don’t like pills so will have to find it in liquid form, or maybe juice these things.

I stopped coloring my hair a year ago. The gray is coming in and the old colors on top of each other are noticeable but who cares, I just want

my hair to stop falling out.

I will work on getting some answers, it could be Thyroid problems from my immediate research, but I want to try the Fish Oil and Omega 3.

I’ll let you know what happens and how long it takes….

Once I put the juicer into my diet in only took 5 day ish to feel better. I’m hoping my hair situation feels better soon too.

I’m back to the drawing board with symptoms, and keeping a journal.

Found this great book that I read in one day.

It is called “From Hormone Hell to Hormone Well”

“Straight Talk women and men need to know to save their sanity, health, and quite possibly their lives.”

It is by C.W. Randolph, Jr. M.D. and Genie James, M.M.Sc.

It reviews probably anything you have been experiencing and gives a list of vitamins to get and organic websites if you would rather get your vitamins from food. Also, it tells you about estrogen and how to combat extra estrogen. It is down to earth and very very informative.

Keep exercising and getting sunshine, take a look at this book if you want some great advice!

This book has helped me understand what I am going through in a common sense way.

www.biotene.comThis is a product you can look into for dry mouth stuff. Dry mouth can cause periodontal issues, so take a peek at this site and see if you think you want to try it.

I have never used thes but I looked into it for information purposes and this one was advertised in dental magazines.

Others that I see at Dental Conventions are brands like www.tomsofmaine.com and and www.drymouthprevention.com and www.orajel.com and www.just4teeth.com

See if you can get a free sample before spending alot or go to a department store and buy a small one to try.

Try not to pay full price if it is real pricey, it may not be your “cup of tea”. Avoid on line sample getting it could be annoying in the future.

There are a lot of products that are self helpers with out paying real high dentist prices. Start cheap and work your way up.

www.cochrane.org is a great reference site for Breast Cancer and other surveys. Check it out when you can.

Stay positive and read joke books and watch funny tv programs. Research shows that laughter is good.

I once went to a healthy mind thing and it was terrible. The speaker stressed laughter everywhere you go. It was not done well and she stressed laughing very loud at restaurants and everywhere. This is not what I find useful.

Laugh and be happy in your own way with your reading, tv, outings etc.

Check out the site mentioned and find useful tips.
