			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Especially in Menopause we get a lot of wierdness going on and some things that bother me the most that sunshine and exercise help are depression and imbalance and concentration issues.</p>
<p>This morning I woke up feeling great then went into a moody feeling and felt depressed.</p>
<p>I decided to read my book outside because I didn&#8217;t want to waste the day feeling ikky.</p>
<p>I grabbed a quilt and pillows and my book and a cup of peppermint tea and a water bottle and plopped myself in my yard in the sunniest area.</p>
<p>Without knowing, I stayed there an hour, got hungry looked at my watch and came in for lunch.</p>
<p>I am still feeling the benefits of the sunshine.</p>
<p>It helps your bones stay strong too, when the rays hit your arms and legs for at least 5 minutes at a time.</p>
<p>I hope you will all benefit by sunshine.  If you are not able to get some real sunshine, either take a vacation somewhere that has sun or go to a bright shopping mall and walk around and tell yourself you are in the sunshine.</p>
<p>Not only was this activity free of charge, but it has charged me up all day to be happy.</p>
<p>Think sun!</p>
<p>Of course see your physician if you can&#8217;t shake your unhappiness, hope the sunshine will help you too.</p>

<p>If you are wicked busy, then you could get depressed and overwhelmed.</p>
<p>If you are under busy, the same will probably happen.</p>
<p>First, exercise, walk around the block for 30 minutes, listen to your favorite tunes or the news, or your own heart beating, next see advice below if this doesn&#8217;t help.</p>
<p>Talk to your spouse about what is going on and see if spouse can offer support and ideas.</p>
<p>Next talk with friends and family for ideas.</p>
<p>Next join something.</p>
<p>A book club, a bike riding place.  See if your area needs volunteers at the dog pound or reading to the elderly or at a special needs place or girl or boy scouts.  You need to be busy.  Don&#8217;t overload or you will not conquer the depression but add to it.</p>
<p>Take up reading even if you don&#8217;t like to read, it takes you away to another land and absorbs your poor health feelings.  Get some joke books too.</p>
<p>In menopause this is a natural feeling due to body changes and hormone levels.  But you can control your own destiny.  It may take several months, but try to get more busy and more active.  You have to exercise with weights and walks to keep strong.</p>
<p>You are not alone, it is happening to most menopausal women, so take charge of your life immediately.  Good Luck!</p>
